Yes. Homeowners use At Your Porch completely free — building a property record, tracking maintenance, and hiring contractors costs nothing.
What are Founding Member and Early Access?
The first 50 contractors to join get Founding Member pricing at $10/mo, and contractors 51–100 get Early Access at $25/mo. Both include everything in Elite and lock your rate for 5 years.
Do annual plans really save two months?
Yes. Every annual plan is billed as 10 months, so you get 2 months free compared to paying monthly.
Is there a free trial?
All paid plans include a 7-day trial, except Founding Member, which bills immediately to secure your locked-in rate.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Absolutely. Upgrades apply instantly and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can cancel anytime.
